We want every CuraFloat customer to feel supported and confident in their purchase. If you are not satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it, unused, or provide a photo of a defective item. Once confirmed, refunds are processed within five business days of receiving the item or defect confirmation.

Beauty or heavily discounted items are non-returnable.

How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at support@curafloat.com for the correct return address.
    CuraFloat uses multiple warehouses in Asia and determines the correct return location based on your order.

  2. Include your delivery note and package the item securely.

  3. You are responsible for return shipping costs and must use a tracked service.

📦 Returns generally go to our Asian distribution centers.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not refundable.

Cancellations

To cancel an order, email us immediately at support@curafloat.com.
✔ Orders canceled within 12 hours can be refunded unconditionally.
After 12 hours, cancellation requires following the return process once the item arrives.
